The process is designed to be as fast as possible and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Simply fill out the online application. Each application is reviewed by the Hub management to ensure that new members share our values and vision. Upon approval, you will receive a welcome package and an invoice for the membership fee. You will gain full access to member benefits immediately after payment.

Yes, non-members are welcome at most of our events, but they are subject to a standard non-member admission fee. In the event of limited capacity, our members always have priority during registration. Certain select events are strictly reserved for members only.

Membership fees are invoiced on an annual basis, generally for the calendar year. If you join during the year, your first fee will be proportionally reduced according to the month of entry. Membership is renewed annually. If you wish to discontinue, simply notify us in writing before the end of the current billing period.

For small companies with fewer than 20 employees worldwide, we offer a 50% discount on the Corporate Member tier. For companies younger than 5 years, we offer a special Startup Member tier with access to mentoring from senior members and the opportunity to present to Japanese investors. For emerging experts, we have the Young Professional tier with a very accessible annual fee.

Official presentations are typically held in English and accompanied by live AI transcription into Japanese. Sessions in Czech or Japanese are always fully interpreted. During informal networking, we commonly rely on English, but for maximum comfort we also utilise interpreters.
