Membership is open to companies (from dynamic startups to large corporations), institutions (cities, regions, universities, research organisations), and individuals. Membership fees are invoiced annually, generally for the calendar year. If you join mid-year, the first invoice is reduced proportionally based on your entry month. Membership renews automatically each year. To discontinue, simply notify us in writing before the end of the current period.
Main presentations are typically held in English with live AI transcription into Japanese. Contributions in Czech or Japanese are always fully interpreted. Informal networking generally happens in English, but we arrange interpreters whenever needed for maximum comfort.
Most events are open to non-members at a standard admission fee. When capacity is limited, members always have priority. Selected events are available only for members.
